Lunch out - Edit
There were limited vegan options on the menu, however my partner and J chose the burrito bowl with black rice and it did not disappoint.

A good option with a mixed crowd - Edit
We've been to the Edge twice now. Vegan options are marked clearly on the menu, and there is salad, a burger and a mexican bowl from memory, in the mains.
Read moreThe mexican bowl was really tasty. I did ask for additional chili (for my tastes) which they forgot to bring out. But it was quite nice anyway; a good serving size and lots of flavour.
The next time, I felt like the burger, which came out with fries. It's fake meat, which was very close to the real thing. Not something I personally go for generally, but it was nice served with pickle and pineapple. They had initially mixed up the order though, so I initially found myself breathing in the aroma of dead flesh and egg. They apologised more than once.
Coffee is average. But they do have drink specials, and a decent drinks list.
Welcoming cafe, with indoor and outdoor seating; it's dog friendly. We enjoyed live music one night. Good for groups, they can accommodate large and small tables, and different tastes also. Although I would prefer veg cafes, if this is what you need to accommodate, Edge is not bad.

Pretty nice - Edit
I always enjoy the food here especially the spring rolls. However my last visit was on a Friday night and they had all the doors open allowing cigarette smoke from the street to drift in all evening. Normally I wouldn't worry about it, but being pregnant I wasn't too impressed.

Cons: Can be loud on weekends, Smoke

OK food, good service - Edit
Plenty if vegan options listed. We got the cauliflower popcorn it was a buy over cooked. We also got Chios which were really crispy and good.
