Quite a few vegan flavors - Edit
Nice ice cream (not the best ever but not bad at all) and they had quite some choice. Besides the sorbets and chocolate fondent, they offered three soy-based ice creams when we were there: vanilla, hazelnut and pistachios. Note: they seem to have extended their opening hours beyond what happy cow is listing.

Just fruit sorbet and dark chocolate - Edit
The description of the gelatteria is outdated, they no longer have hazelnut and vanilla flavored soy milk ice creams. The vegan options are the typical fruit sorbets: strawberry, red berries, melon, banana and dark chocolate. The only noteworthy thing is that they have vegan cones if you ask.
