Mostly bread (an organic bakery is integrated), pizza, pasta, soups and salads, lots of vegetarian and some vegan options are available in each section like vegan cheese (yeast sauce) on the pizza. Very modern and relaxed atmosphere. Reported closed, Feb 2017.

Organic restaurant with very nice veg options

This is an organic restaurant with really a lot of vegetetarian and some vegan options. They have awesome bread from the integrated bakery from the integrated bakery which makes up a great supper combined with the various home made bread spread, some of which are vegan like hummus, bruschetta and e.g. a zucchini sesame spread. Also the pizza is very good, their yeast sauce is a nice replacement for cheese and the ingredients are fresh and organic. If you love pasta you will also definitely love this place, they have various forms made of kamut, spelt or wheat with lots of delicious sauces. The organic beer is a specialty and a Muenster original, I highly recommend that. Soy milk for coffee varieties is also available. The atmosphere is modern but comfortable, the place has lots of room e.g. for your kids to play while you eat in some peace and quiet. The clerks are very nice and most know their way around vegan food, so just ask away.

Pros: vegan pizza, organic beer, soy milk

Cons: serves meat and dairy

tasty bread

Echtzeit is a nice option if you want to go out with some non-vegetarian, and non-vegan friends, because everyone will find something. The menu is quite mediterranean with pizza (baked on a stone), pasta, salad, grilled vegetables, ...
There's a bar with bread, and baskets--you can fill, and refill the latter as often as you want. But keep in mind, that some of the bread types may not be vegan, because the bakery Cibaria, where they come from, uses enzymes on the basis of honey. It is not clearly marked, so better ask the staff.
And I cannot recommend the yeast sauce on the pizza, just eat it without cheese. Imagine biting into a cube of yeast...not THAT yummy! But the salad is great, really try the "Mirabellen Dressing"!

Pros: pizza baked on a stone, fresh salad with herbs

Cons: bread not clearly marked as vegan, staff is sometimes hectic, lamps on the tables are dusty
