Tasty but…

This place always has new tasty, vegan options but the alternatives don’t stay on the menu for very long they had vegan tuna that was delicious, but was only on the menu for a couple of months then they got rid of it permanently. Then vegan calamari that was there for a few months and they took it off as well. So far, the only thing that I’ve noticed is a consistent alternative item on the menu is tofu. They have a vegetarian ramen on the menu that says it can be made vegan when replacing the ramen noodles with rice noodles but the rice noodles disintegrate in the soup if you leave them in there for more than five minutes, and often times I’ve noticed the broth goes sour if you don’t eat it the same day, even after refrigeration. Also the rice noodles are just not right for the ramen they’re thick and often overcooked and aren’t satisfying like ramen noodles. Other than that these are some of my favorite items on the menu that have been there consistently; the crunchy tofu roll, vegan California roll, and the fries(ask for a side of vegan spicy mayo for dipping, it’s so good!).

Pros: Happy Hour, Vegan Spicy Mayo, Tofu

Cons: Constantly removes tasty vegan alternatives , Rice noodles

Super yummy vegan ramen broth!

I would give five stars if they served thinner rice noodles also! But the atmosphere is very nice and cozy.

Pros: Yummy vegan ramen broth, They have special deals for shots and ramen , Nice customer service and okay for babies

Cons: Only GF option: flat rice noodles (thick & short), One of our items we ordered never came ( save $), Parking is a bit limited unless you go at night

VEGAN RAMEN YAASSS

You can make the vegetarian ramen VEGAN by switching the green noodles to rice noodles! Also sake here is bomb! 🍶 They have happy hour and I’ve ordered the house sake, mango sake (super sweet), basically all of them! I usually order house and mango, than take half half and half of each in a shot!!!! Edamame, avocado roll, veggie roll all vegan! They have a pretty decent vegan menu!!!!! I always go here! Great food for a great price!
