Train transfer - onto Napoli - Edit
On our way to Napoli (Naples) we decided to have lunch at Eataly on our stop over while waiting for our train.
Read moreThe Pane alla curcuma wasn’t a bad choice. The bread was tastier than I had expected. I wished there was more of the items in the sandwich though.
Pros: Location , A vegan option
Cons: Not more vegan options

Expensive but yummy food - Edit
I had a vegetarian option; smoked burrata and yellow tomato pizza which was incredible and by far the best take on a 'margherita' pizza ever! The smoked burrata really elevated the dish, and the sweetness of the yellow tomatoes were great!

Cons: Expensive, Pasta was undercooked, not al dente

Good option in termini - Edit
In the end, quite a few options for vegans. Waiters were helpful in choosing (items are labeled as vegetarian, not vegan..), and the food was good!
