A small vegetarian restaurant with vegan options such as a sunbowl, burger and gazpacho bowl. Open Wed-Fri 11:00-14:30, 17:30-21:30, Sat 11:00-21:30, Sun 11:00-17:00.
Closed Mon. & Tue.
We often travel from Geneva on Sundays for the brunch, which offers a vegan option (scrambled tofu and soy skyr). Note that all sweets are vegan, thanks to the talented Claire, the owner and former pastry expert.
She even catered for our wedding, including a beautiful and delicious "fraisier".
Worth the visit from wherever you are around (50mn by train from Geneva, 30mn by boat from Lausanne). Plus the place is at stonethrow from wonders which Evian has to offer!
Nice homemade food but few food vegan options - Edit
We had the only vegan item on the menu: a vegan burger with fries.
Besides the fries, everything is homemade: bun, patty, sauce.
The burger was not heavy and it was rather tasty. Almost all desserts are vegan which is great.
The service was friendly and even though the place is run by one person, waiting times were reasonable.
The menu changes monthly so hopefully when you go there will be more vegan options in the menu. Otherwise, rest assured, there is going to be at least one hot dish!
