Delicious food. - Edit

Avoid rush hour at lunch or dinner so you can eat comfortably. Wide range of options, and you can take away or make meals.

Pros: Very friendly staff.

Cons: Very small sitting area.

Great Wrap - Edit

I went here on a Sunday for a quick lunch. It opened half an hour late, but was worth the wait. The wrap was really tasty and it included a good amount of salad.

The staff are friendly. The inside is small, but nicely done. I'll be back.

Pros: Tasty wrap, Friendly staff, Great value

not a nice burger - Edit

The burger was just a cheap burger like the kind you get in Iceland a while packet for a pound. The bread was cold and the salad was very very small.
Also 80% of the drinks were not available, we just had what was there.
I am 100% supporting the vegan community and always going to Vegan places but this was a disappointment! I won’t be going back anytime soon...
there are many other nicer places...
For some reason the staff was not attentive to us at all, they were just busy talking between them...

Had the chickpea curry with bulgur and callaloo... so tasty! Portion sizes a bit large for me, but I’ll definitely be back

Pros: really tasty and healthy, good price, friendly staff

The place to go in Brixton - Edit

This was one of my favourite places: When you visit for the first time, you should get the platter which gives you samples of most of the great foods they have on offer, for about 12 pounds (the menu on their website shows cheaper prices than the one in the shop). I also loved the plantain wrap. The owners are extremely friendly, the atmosphere and music in the place is great and the drinks are pretty decent as well.

Pros: Great food, Great atmosphere

we stumbled across it by chance because we were in the area. I've been looking for a place like this in Europe for ages. Amazing Jamaican food. We had the plate, wrap and cake. Very delicious. highly recommended.

Pros: great food, nice atmosphere

My favourite totally vegan spot in Brixton. Food is always awesome. I tend to get the platter so don't have to choose between the dishes! Gets a bit busy but worth trying when in Brixton village.

Adam and Even slower than you'd expect - Edit

Really delicious food with fun options and a particularly excellent mushroom burger. However, service was incredibly slow (though it may now be better as they were just starting out when FM visited) and prices were high for the portion size.

One to repeat but not a regular.

Totally Delicious Food. Amazing Callaloo! - Edit

What a lovely place! I shared the taster platter for 2, with a side of sweet potato fries. We also tried the callaloo pattie and the lentil pattie which were both delicious. So tasty! For dessert we had chocolate cake, and almond cake. They were moist and flavourful. Everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The sharing platter for 2 was £17. It was plentiful and utterly declicious. It contained: salad, buckwheat, quinoa, pumpkin curry, lentils, ackee, callaloo. I particularly loved the pumpkin curry and the callaloo.
There isn't a lot of indoor seating, so we sat outside under a heater, which was fine, The staff were friendly helpful and attentive. I have to thank the server behind the till for recommending the almond cake. What a find! totally lovely.

Pros: Good value for money, Really tasty dishes in the tasting platter, Yummy cakes

Cons: small indoor seating area - with seating outside

small but perfectly formed - Edit

Late afternoon arrival meant the food was limited.
Some poor luck as the juicer was busy and disappointingly they only sell instant coffee.
4 stars was for possibly he best ginger beer I have ever had. A right punch in the gob!

Pros: ginger beer, staff, location

Beautiful food! - Edit

Love this place! The food is delicious and affordable. Great for lunch, a low key dinner or simply picking up a patty on the go.

Spoiled for choice, however their handy platter lets you try several dishes from the menu in one meal.

Great place to show 'vegan-sceptics' how tasty vegan food can be. Both none - vegans i took here were pleasantly surprised. ☺

The curries are my favourite, those and the amazing spiced hot chocolate of cause.

Pros: Afordable, good variety of choice, spiced hot chocolate

Absolutely Awesome! - Edit

So glad this place has opened up recently in Brixton Village. Their food is all vegan and the dishes are truly awesome. They have a large menu and the dishes are fairly small but very cheap, so you can order a mix of things or their own platter. The sweet potato and pumpkin curry is my favourite. Dishes are healthy and not oily at all.

They also have desserts including raw ones. Try the delicious torte!

You can also BYOB so it can work out as a super low cost night out.

You can eat in but it is also a fast place if you want to grab and go.

I go with my friend who is not vegan and she loves it.

The owner is a really friendly guy who is so sweet and kind. Go give them the business they deserve you will not regret it!! It may even become your new favourite place, as it has mine!

Pros: Fully vegan menu, Cheap, Fabulous dishes

Cons: None!

Opened recently and already really good - Edit

Was here the other day and it was a real delight. Staff and food were both great! The menu is Caribbean-infused and all vegan. The platter I can definitely recommend as it gives you a choice of different meals. We also had tortes - chocolate and lemon - and tried their fun teas. There is so much to choose from in the area anyway and this one is definitely worth a try.

Pros: Good value, especially the teas and the platters

Cons: None
