CLOSED: Eat It

This is my favourite store in the city for healthy food with a conscience. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. If you can't find something, just ask and they'll do their best to get the product for you. I can't say enough good things about this store!

I agree with the other reviewers about the (good) food selection and the (reasonable) prices. The availability of eco-friendly cleaning products and supplement is also a nice addition.

On the downside the store does not keep a regular selection of all the items they carry; we often have to do multiple visits to find some stuff.

They recently added the ability to send the receipt by email to cut even more on paper!

Winnipeg has some great places to buy organic and vegetarian food, but Eat it is definitely our favorite. They always have really great fresh local and organic veg. It's a great atmosphere and everything is definitely cheaper than many other spots in Winnipeg. Lots of new raw and vegan options as well.

Just an awesome place to buy groceries!

WOW! Eat it is a vegan heaven! I live in a small rural town so i have to go into the city to get my vegan eats. This place has everything that i need and what a variety! They have not just organic healthy foods but cruelty free cleaning products and cosmetics. This store is a one stop shop for all of your vegan needs.
