very small, not impressed - Edit
This place is small with little selection. I was the only one in this small store and the employee never acknowledged me - so awkward walking around creeky floors without a hello. Would not go back...try Dads....millions times better!

Probably my favourite store in all of Regina. The staff is super-friendly and helpful, the food is delicious, they know the products they carry very well and they are open to suggestions. Oh, and their Sol Bars are so good, I could live off of them forever.

They have some decent take out. No really. They have really good chana masala on rice, and dahl on rice, and African Peanut stew on Rice. They also have some great baked goods, but check the vegan status as some do have dairy. The chocolate chip cookies are the best you will find in regina, much better than Natures Way. They have a nice hint of cinnamon and are fresh and moist. Aside from that they also have a decent grocery that carries lots of Tofurkey. If you go to Natures way, the Tofurkey Dogs are frozen, but here they are just refrigerated. Natures way has a better all around selection and a great juice bar though.
