This place is incredible! It is fully vegan, I was here January 2017 and not sure about the last reviews but Eat.co2 and it's mother restaurant Eat.co in the yogi village up north, are both fully vegan.
The meaty mushroom baguette is inexplicably amazing.
The hummus is amazing. The gluten free waffles are great. The tofu scramble is out of this world.
Litterally if I had stayed here longer I would have eaten the whole menu.
The owner is a beautiful Polish lady that puts her heart into everything, it has a great energy about it.

This is a restaurant + health food store:
- The only place with organic coffee in the island.
- Incredible array of herbs, super foods & supplements you cannot find..ANYWHERE
- Outstabding customer service! Ran by an Italian guy that cares about the clients.
- Wonderful unique dishes and combinations never seen anywhere.

I really enjoyed the food I had here and the atmosphere is nice. The salads seem pricey but they are not Thai salads they use hard to source expensive ingredients such as quinoa. I like to order something unique like this, personally. The dishes are wholesome and delicious and the sandwiches looked huge. Most of their food is vegan with only a few dairy items. A huge range of healthy drinks are on offer as well as organic coffees and teas.

Soul Food Cafe is an extremely comfortable little restaurant where you can also buy organic spices, vegan protein powder (hemp and pea), and even colorful Indonesian art pieces. The owners were very friendly, and they prepared a delicious sandwich and protein shake for me. The menu appeared to be mostly-vegan, but there were a few non-vegan items.

Just stopped in for breakfast and had their in-house-made bread with vegan nutella. Their desserts look great but haven't tried them (yet).
The owners are friendly Italians and the vibe is simple, relaxed.
Haven't found anything else in Thongsala which make this an excellent option for vegan meals.
