I am so in love with eat chay, everything was so delicious. The kimchi was perfect, the banh mi and bibimbap were to die for. I could eat this every day.

Superb, with amazing meal kits - Edit
I've visited several times and always had really good, flavourful food. During lockdown, I couldn't go in person but have ordered their bao meal kit (which can be delivered throughout the UK). It was so good I ordered a second time, and probably will again! Generous quantities, clear instructions, straightforward to assemble - a real treat, perfect until I can visit in person again.

Good amount of bao and the filling is just amazing! They’ve upgraded the size so it’s quite fulfilling, highly recommend the bao kit, so you get to have all sorts of flavour!

Good fast food vegan option at Box Park. The Bao was generous although the sauce somewhat bland and the bibimbap was satisfying but could have done with a bit more heat

Eat Chay make really good vegan food, fusion between Korean and Vietnamese (you can have a Bahn mi with kimchi inside!).

Based at Boxpark Shoreditch but I mostly visit when they are at Vegan Nights at Trueman Brewery for their delicious Bao Buns. Always on point and quick service. Good value if you get the combo deal.

I had a nice big bite of my friends Vietnamese baguette sandwich ‘Korean BBQ’. It was perfection. The combination of ingredients created just one of the best sandwiches you’ll have. It was also super long. My friend was stuffed.

Absolutely delicious fresh flavoured Vietnamese food, the kind of place I'd go to regularly if only it was closer to home. I had a banh mi and my boyfriend had the noodle bowl, both were superb and the vibe of Boxpark is lovely. You get a little electronic device that vibrates when your order is ready so you can go and pick it up. It's all undercover so you don't have to worry about British winter weather, and there are so many food and drink outlets with communal dining tables you and your friends can mix and match restaurants to suit all tastes. Excellent all round.

We had the steamed buns with Tofu in one and Seitan in the other. Oh my ..... utter heaven. Highly recommend this place and it’s delicious food. Two buns for 7.50 and 3 for 10 so not expensive.
