Good, simple, affordable food. - Edit
This place has a good number of vegan options. I got a plate of kale, roasted carrots and potatoes, and blackened tofu served over quinoa. It was definitely simple food, but every single component was perfectly cooked. After a day of being on the road, some hot, well-prepared vegetables were exactly what I needed. Warning: this place is very, very Christian. Lots of Christian stuff posted around, and Christian music playing overhead. It’s a nice place, with nice people; but the Christian thing might be a turn-off to some.

Good bowls skip the burger - Edit
We got the teriyaki tofu, beyond sausage stir fry, and the beyond burger. The bowls were good. Burger wasn’t worth the $$ - server didn’t understand vegan but luckily the menu isn’t too hard to order from.

We tried the orange tofu stir fry and the faux sausage bowl. Both had good flavors and a generous sized servings.
