Rustic, Modern Space. Solid Vegan Options.

Easton Public Market is a beautiful space that I'll describe as a rustic warehouse that became modern. The food offerings there are eclectic: there's a noodle shop, a coffee shop, a pizzeria, a chocolatier. If you're vegan, you'll definitely find at least a snack to enjoy from here!

Great atmosphere

Plenty of options. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Vegan muffins, soups, noodles to name a few. Great for a laid back lunch or cup of coffee. Enter from northampton street or church street in Easton.

Pros: Great atmosphere, Focus on local ingredients, Vendors are incredibly knowledgeable

Cons: Parking is a challenge., A bit pricey

I got this vegan pizza from scratch. I little over priced, but awesome cause it's local and so delicious! Everything was easily labeled as the vegan pizza is named 'the vegan' lol.

Pros: great atmosphere , many vegan options (Mr lees noodles, scratch, vega, good food

Cons: not fully vegan, sometimes really crowded , not many pizza toppings

Lots of vegan food!

I love the Easton Market. You can find vegan goodies at the following places:

Chocodiem - Ask the friendly staff abut what vegan options they have, They have a chocolate mouse pudding that is AMAZING!

Fieldstone Coffee and Tea - Sell loose teas, coffee beans, and made to order drinks

Mister Lee's Noodles - Two excellent vegan options. A cold noodle salad and a vegetarian ramen that can have the egg removed to make it vegan.

Marketstand - Produce, packaged goods, etc.

Olive With a Twist - Olive oil and vinegar purveyor

Scratch - Vegan pizza available and many customizable options. Local craft brews.

The TAZA Stop - Build your own bowls. Plenty of options for vegans and all are marked! Hummus, baba ganoush, falafel, and so on.

Tolino Vineyards - Wine Tastings, by the glass, bottles, and more

Pros: Lots of options, Live music and open late Friday and Saturday, Supports local businesses and farmers

Cons: Not all restaurants have seating , BBQ joint and meat/fish vendors also in the market
