CLOSED: Eastern Highland Healthy Cake House

I've been here a couple of times and absolutely love it. Most of their cakes are vegan,only a few biscuits have butter but check with one of the friendly owners if your not sure. The cakes are unbelievably moist and fluffy for egg free, they just about melt in your mouth. They are super cheap too, like $1 for a slice,the bigger cakes in fridge are $8 which if you see the size of them it's totally worth it. I also really like their bamboo charcoal bread (alot nicer than it sounds). This place is highly reccommended, TAKE NOTE THE ROCHER BRANCH IS MOVING IN A FEW MONTHS.

There are few Eggless Vegetarian Cake Shops around in Singapore ...I like the cake from Yes Natural. From Eastern Highland Healthy Cake Shop @ Bugis, I like the Agar-Agar Eggless Cake.

It is delicious and still delicious after 3 days in the refrigerator! The top layer, look like Agar Agar (Jelly), the cake texture look/feel like Cheese Cake ...

Tried this shop cake quite a no. of times, but the thing is their price also goes up everytime I go there to get some cakes & bread. Shld consider keeping the price down!!

I prefer its cakes. Usually Eggless cakes tend to be dry but they managed to master it to be as good or better than some non-vegetarian bakeries. For vegetarians, you can get to enjoy Birthday cakes on your birthdays now!!!
