Vegan Protein Sandwich, costs $ to sub ingredients for a good vegan sammy - Edit

Only a small growing number of places in town use a solid protein for their plant based options. This place has one (1) vegan sandwich option, but it’s not a hummus wrap like all others have had as their token veg choice since the 1990’s. Don’t get me wrong: I love hummus wraps/sandwiches, but this is a welcome reprieve using a hearty protein.
It is on the menu including two non vegan ingredients: cheese and mayo. Avocado can be subbed in for these, of course, for a fee. :((( without the avocado I fear there aren’t necessary fats and fundamental sandwich ingredients.
This place does have a good variety of vegan dry grocery items, as well as a lovely little organic produce section.

Pros: Tempeh as a veg option for sandwich

Cons: $ to make it vegan and keep it a substantial, Not many vegan options, Prices throughout
