Surprise yumminess - Edit
Visiting this town and looking for plant based lunch, I encountered this business . It is apparently a stationary food truck in a food truck park called Route 66 Food Park. There is a giant statue of a chef in front of the lot. There are plenty of parking but not sure how it is on weekends.
Read moreThere are other businesses including other food trucks in the lot and a building with bar, pool table, restrooms, etc. There are outside dining area and inside dining area associated with the bar. It is a neat setup for all of the businesses to share the eating areas. It is a neat place to hangout.
The food at Earth's Harvest were delicious. We ordered Fizzled Mushrooms appetizer, Philly Cheesesteakish combo with potato salad, side salad, and beefless tacos. I am interested to try other items on their menu. The potato salad was so yummy.
We will definitely try to go back before leaving town. I believe this is the only 100% plant based business in town.

One of the best vegan places I've been to! The prices are extremely reasonable. My favorites were the nachos, chick'n nuggets, pasta salad, and fried portobello. The service was fast for a large order. And everything is vegan!

They have daily specials. I got the roasted parmesan cauliflower and the Philly cheeseteakish combo. Combos come with your choice of: potato salad, coleslaw, potato wedges, green salad, or pasta salad. I got the pasta salad. I haven't had a chance to try the cinnamon roll yet.

The most inexpensive, amazingly delicious vegan food in Springfield! Has GF options! Best vegan ice cream in Springfield! Staff is really nice! Owners are great people!
