Vegans can order a large variety of menu items, including several breakfast items; superfood salads such as tofu & roasted pepper and falafel & pine nuts; cornish or tagine pasties; Mediterranean tarts; sweet potato, chickpea & spinach curry; lentil & mixed bean chili and others. For the vegan with a sweet tooth, has ice cream, ice creams shakes, cake, whipped cream, cherry scones and more. Has a vegan special each Friday (check the hours). Confirmed closed April 2019.

I opted for the tagine pasty, but unfortunately this wasn't available at the time, so decided to give the Cornish pastie a whirl. Was impressed to see the pasty was wholegrain, the filling was really nicely seasoned, and very generous serving of mushy peas and pickled cabbage.
Cheery staff. Clean, whimsical interior. Prompt arrival of food.
I've previously visited this eatery when they hosted a vegan meet-up, their buffet was excellent, I hope they host more in the future! It's very clear they have a great knowledge of preparing a wide variety of wholesome and delicious foods. The owner mentioned ideas of the location going entirely vegan in the future if there's enough support for it!
Will happily return to try out more of the menu.

Just down the side street by Wilkos in Bolton Town Centre, Earth's Bounty offers a chilled haven for breakfast, lunch and snacks. The decor is alternative and relaxing with crystals for sale and notices about the various alternative health workshops which take place in rooms upstairs.
