Nice specialty store - Edit
This store has a lot of specialty items that the big grocery chains don’t carry. They also had a nice selection or premade vegan items. My only complaint is that it is very expensive, but to be expected with it being a smaller specialty store.

Has everything for your vegan needs - Edit
Great little store that carries vegan staples (proteins, plant milks + yogurths, sauces, desserts, etc.), a small deli selection (1-2 noodle salads + 1-2 sandwiches), and some healthfood items. So it has everything you might need when you are in that area, but maybe not everything you might want.

There are some great vegan choices that can add up to much cheaper meals that are tastier than the local restaurants. It is on the small side and there isn’t much in terms of fresh fruit and veg, but there is a deli section with some vegan options.

Great fresh made juices & smoothies. They always vegan options for can grab and go like wraps, salads along with several vegan options at the deli. The workers are nice and helpful.

Wonderful juices, smoothies and quick grab and go items. All organic veggies. Some items are definitely priced higher than other places so I don't purchase those items there.

Tons of vegan stuff here. Prices are okay -- pretty average for this kind of place. They have sales, and every Thursday everything is 10%off. They have a nice deli too, usually with a bunch of vegan options. The vegan "chicken" salad is delicious at the deli, as are many of the vegan dishes. (This is the best health food store deli taste-wise I've found in Sarasota -- both locations). Also, most of the staff is super-nice, so it's a pleasure to shop there.

Great Health Food Store with Hot bar and Deli with Healthy Eats - Edit
Loved this market. Helped us stay healthy on our vacation! They have A LOT of healthy foods and supplements with a juice and smoothie bar. Along with a hot bar for food! Their wraps and gluten free dips are very good. We packed a nice picnic lunch from here which we carried to the beach. You might want to check them out if you're ever at Siesta Key.

The Only Health Food Supermarket I've Ever Found - Edit
The Granary is a vegan's dream store. They stock groceries, supplements, household goods, even cosmetics! They have a deli that is to die for, and the best vegan cole slaw I've ever tasted. It's the only place remotely close to me that I can go and get fresh raw flax seed crackers, cruelty-free makeup, organic fruit, and have a delicious meal all in one trip. Plus they open at 8 AM so folks who work nights like myself can stop by on the way home for a bedtime snack! I live one town south and usually shop at Richard's which is nice but doesn't have near the selection as the Granary.
