They have a great variety of things there such as produce, bakery, beauty products, vegan packaged food products, a juice/smoothie bar, deli case, supplements, sustainable paper products and more. They had some vegan food products that I haven't seen anywhere else too. I definitely recommend that people check it out.

I am plant based, shop here 2-3X per week because of the selection of organic and non-GMO products. What a difference from last year! New manager came on in Spring of 2014 and WOW! It's like a new store. Great selection and well stocked in each category from dry goods including lots of organics in the bin section to fresh organic-only produce. If you join their loyalty program, they email you $10 discount coupons and notices of special discounts on Saturdays, and everything is 10% off on Thursdays. They have a juice bar and a not-so-great deli with prepared foods that needs a makeover- the recipes need revamping and the general in-counter presentation is not appetizing. That's the only negative but if you don't require prepared foods, you will find pretty much everything you need here, including organic wines, some of which are excellent. They are happy to special order for you too. Folks that work there are very helpful.

Best Among Scarce Area Choices - Edit
With the nearest Whole Foods 40 miles away, Earth Origins is Port Charlotte's best choice for fair prices for wholesome foods and sales. With enough changing sales adorning its aisles, you can shop economically. I do not buy goods unless they are on sale or competitive with grocery chains late swing to the organic marketplace dollars. There is a deli but I have no experience with that part of the store. I buy goods to bring home to cook - I live in an area whose Thai restaurant does not serve tofu dishes. Yikes!!! Earth Origins is the fairest priced organic food store in the area!!
