Veggie Jewel in the middle of the West - Edit
This lovely natural foods store is like a mini Whole Foods. Being vegan and driving cross country we had trouble finding places to eat in this part of the country. This store had everything we needed and then some. The owner is lovely and was very helpful in finding me travel friendly meals for our trip.
