Employee / Customer Interaction:
The staff have been genuinely kind and pleasant to talk to both times I've been into this particular Earth Fare. Good customer employee relations are vitally important in my opinion. Authentic interactions in the shopping environment can sometimes be difficult to have when feelings of urgency around the checkout area pop up in people. It can be an art to balance these sorts of emotions and often bear the brunt of customer frustrations being an employee anywhere, but particularly at the front end of a grocery store where people often are in a rush to check out.
Product/Price:
As far as the product goes, Earth Fare can be quite expensive, and the quality of the product often matches up to the price.
Options:
Earth Fare has options for those with all sorts of dietary preferences including gluten-free, vegetarian, and vegan.
