Awesome vegan find - Edit
Amazing setting. It was a pleasure to sit there and eat. The food quality was great. The owner is super nice. Had a very enjoyable Friday evening dining here. I would keep going back.

We had the pulled “pork” fries, Thai “chicken” tacos, Gyro, hibiscus lemonade, pumpkin pie pudding, and creme brulee. Everything was really good but the pulled pork fries were our absolute favorite. Food truck is located in a parking lot with other food trucks and covered picnic benches. Service was excellent and friendly, and she took time to answer our questions. Loved it!

It’s our first time in Maui and we were happy to find out about Earth Aloha Eats! We had the pulled pork sandwich and the fish and chips. Both were excellent. Only thing bad is that we’re only in Maui for four days and won’t be able to try everything on the menu!

Try the Crème Brûlée! - Edit
The dessert was delicious and we had a sweet hibiscus tea that was really refreshing. For entrees we had a burger and a gyro; both could have used a little bit more of a flavor punch but they did their duty of filling us up. I think this place is worth a stop if you’re in Kihei and you want some vegan eats.

I was there at noon on a Sunday and it wasn’t super busy. I got the thai tacos and French fries. Fries were so good and crispy! The taste of the tacos was very good as well, but the taco was mostly the grilled chicken with a bit of pickled cabbage—I would’ve liked some more veggies in there.

Tried their Thai tacos and they are the best I’ve ever had. We also tried their falafel wrap and it was delicious, packed with yummy veggies, homemade falafel and sauce. They had good portions that really fill you up and they have great service. So friendly. Had one of their mini cupcakes perfect little sweet treat

We were recently there for a vacation and hit up this food truck! The food and drinks were fresh and delicious with prices much better than I would have thought! I had cucumber water, lemonade, and a bbq bowl. Delicious.

Was excited to hit this place based on the reviews. BBQ chicken sandwich was a small bland dry let down. Chips tasted great but way soggy for my palate. Wife enjoyed fish taco. (Gardein fish). I hope they improve. This is a cool idea.

Amazingly flavorful and fresh vegan food! - Edit
I had the Mexican street tacos and they were so smoky and flavorful with excellent fresh salsa. Also had the popcorn “chicken” and the protein in both dishes was made from scratch and so delicious especially compared to places that use the same frozen protein you can buy at the grocery store. The chocolate peanut butter candies are delicious as well. Can’t wait to go back and even my meat-loving father wants to go back to order the tacos after trying mine!

We came here twice during our time on Maui and everything we got was incredible. The popcorn chickn was remarkable, the falafel is so crispy and flavorful, the grilled bbq sandwich is the best I’ve ever had, and the fries are perfect. We can’t recommend aloha joy enough.

We went to the food truck for dinner tonight and I can highly recommend it. It’s run by three super friendly vegans that started it just a few months ago.
Read moreWe had the grilled bbq sandwich and almost all of their deserts - especially recommend the Creme brûlée and the banana bread muffin.
They are located in the food truck lot behind the Azeca Mall - the location in the Happy Cow app was wrong but I sent an update so that should hopefully be fixed in a few days.
Check their website before you go to make sure they aren’t catering a special event that day.

Had the pleasure and honor of stumbling onto Aloha Joy on their opening day thanks to the Happy Cow app’s “Nearby” feature (BTW, the in-app map showed Aloha Joy’s food truck at Piilani Village Shopping Center, but it was actually behind Azeka’s where all the food trucks are).
