Vegan food truck, cool! - Edit
Food truck at a parking lot of a shopping area. It has a few tables as well. Nice options, some wraps, salads, loaded fries, tacos. With vegan protein (falafel, vegan chicken, gyros, fish).
Read moreWe had the teriyaki fries and falafel salad. Fries could use some veggies maybe and were way too salty (but ate it all anyway. Flavors were good). And the salad was kinda meh. Would not order that again. Good hummus though.
Still, I would recommend it. And it's a vegan food truck, so that's pretty cool. Should be more of those around.

Extensive menu, but I wanted to try something that wasn’t as common so I got the fish and chips! Really good. It’s super close to the airport and the staff is friendly. They also sell vegan Snickers bars called Snix made by Sweet Hazel & Co. Their specialty lemonades are also good additions to your meal and quite refreshing. If not everyone in your party is vegan, there are plenty of other food trucks to order from with plenty of dining spaces.

Honestly not impressed and let down… - Edit
Came here with high expectations and wanted to have a romantic date with my wife. We arrived 2 hours before closing and pretty much 70% of the menu had sold out. We were left with getting something we didn’t originally want in the menu. Tried to add onions on my food and the employee said I don’t do that “but I guess I can…” Food arrived and the pork sandwich was so incredibly spicy that it ruin our dinner date and my wife had stomach pain the rest of the night.

I also got the Hawaiian sunset drink in their glass merch cups !
I wish I could have tried more but was only able to go once.

Before going to Maui on vacation, I scouted out vegan restaurant options and was so excited to try Earth Aloha Eats. It sure didn’t disappoint! Everything we tried here (at this location and the Kahului location) was amazing. Everything is made to order so it may take a while to get your order, but it’s so worth it! We tried the phish & chips, Thai chicken tacos, aloha burger, and pulled pork fries. The phish & chips and pulled pork fries are a must try!

The best vegan spot on Maui - Edit

I went here about a year and a half ago and loved it. Back in Hawaii and just had it for the first time again. I got the nozerrella sticks and the falafel wrap. I’ve had the wrap before and enjoyed it, I think it was a little too seasoned today for my liking but I love this place so I can’t say many negatives about it!

My husband liked his falafel and I got the vegan quesadilla. It was okay, but not as good as other places I have been. I also could not get any assistance with to go despite us coming all the way from our resort to find a vegan place to eat and felt the gentleman with the beard who took our order was super polite but the other staff was abrupt and not helpful. Food is expensive for the quality.

OMG!!! OMG!! OMG! I'm impressed and wish I could give a thousand stars to this place! The food here is so incredibly delicious. I have had the Mexican tacos twice now and love them. The fries are super crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, to die for. I've tried both the bbq and thai version of their fries and loved them. The seitan was so delicious. I have to pace myself going back here! SO DELICIOUS!

7:30pm on a Friday night and this food truck was hopping! They were out of many of their most popular items, but locally I could still get an Aloha burger. Best flavors!!! Their chipotle Mayo gave it the perfect kick. Generous portion of crispy fries. Hubby had the pulled pork fries. Generous portion and great flavor

All Vegan in Lahaina! - Edit
The food here is all vegan and really good. As others have pointed out, vegan isn’t so plentiful in the Lahaina/Kaanapali area. Many of the resorts and Whaler Village restaurants have eliminated vegan options on their reduced Covid menus. So this food truck in the Safeway parking lot is a major find. We’ve had the fish tacos - amazing - I’m still thinking that they may not be vegan they are so good. The staff insists that they are vegan. The street tacos were also good as were the gyros and fries (they talk about the crisp to non-crisp ratio for the fries - they are very good). The parking lot chairs and tables are filthy so we took our food back to the resort/beach and the to-go containers do a good job keeping things warm. The wraps and tortillas also don’t get soggy after 15 minutes or so. So even taking things back to the room the food stayed really good. We’ll be back several more times during our visit.

We had Gyros, Street Tacos, Thai Tacos and BBQ Fries… and we will be back for dinner! Huge portions, great prices and a whole family of happy eaters! Find this truck, you won’t be sorry!
