Love this place we returned the next night. Food truck with fully vegan menu in a food market. Perfect to visit if you are with non vegans as you can all chose from different vendors and eat together. They were busy food made to order but the guys were great and doing an amazing job!!

I found this place last year when I visited Oahu and I knew when I came back I had to go again. I was so happy it still exists.
Read moreEverything sounded so good, but today I went with the pulled pork fries and the sunset drink. It came out pretty quickly after I ordered and I was happy for that.
The meal looked so messy, but the fork and generous amount of napkins were just what I needed to keep myself mostly clean. The sauce has a little kick, but not overwhelming. I find that when I have something spicy it makes me not taste cilantro too which is great because I didn't realize cilantro would be on top as a garnish. Usually cilantro ruins an entire dish for me by making it taste like soap, but not this time. I was grateful for that! It was a delicious meal and very filling. It's a big portion for one so it can be shared or if you are hungry eat it all by yourself (like I did). Pulled pork seems like a good thing to get while in Hawaii because they have a traditional BBQ that this vegan version mimicks without parading around a dead animal.
The sunset drink is half lemonade and half hibiscus drink. I thought it was pretty tasty, but maybe a little sugary.
I didn't get the creme brulee this time, but in the past I have.
It's a really amazing vegan version and that caramelized sugar top is to die for. I highly recommend it.
I will try to get something else next time and I hope they stay popular and in business! See you again soon.

This is in a park of permanent food trucks, if you want to avoid seeing the non-vegan trucks enter from Pau street. The staff was so nice and food was lovely - coming from someone who's usually not a taco fan.

„Nur“ Vegan reicht nicht - Edit
Wir hatten Gyro und Theriaky Bowl sowie zwei Limos. Die Limos waren gut. Die beiden essen weniger. Für unseren Geschmack war das Hähnchen beim Gyro zu wenig gebraten und geschmacklich zu lasch. Bei der Bowl war ebenfalls keine Würze am Gemüse und der Bowl an sich. Es gibt wenig reine vegane Restaurants auf Hawaii jedoch sollte man nicht alle nur deswegen gut bewerten weil sie vegan sind. Das bringt uns alle als Veganer in der Welt leider nicht weiter. Das Preis/Leistung Verhältnis stimmt hier meiner Meinung nach überhaupt nicht.

For the price and vegan options, I think it's just OK. I certainly expected more from the chicken tacos, the sauce was uneventful. My husband really liked the fish sandwich, I thought it was pretty good as well. The gyros is probably the best option, but I didn't order it because it's just too much fat everywhere for a weekday lunch. Everything took forever (25-30 min) even though we were the only ones there basically, only one person ordered before us. We wondered how many customers they probably lose on crowded evenings with this slow service, but maybe they get some extra help. Still OK food, maybe worth a 3, but the people are very nice, so I'll keep it at a 4.

I understand the wait can be frustrating sometimes, but most people dont know we are also making food for doordash, uber, and local ordering services as well as phone calls. We do strive to improve our food in any way, so any adjustment ideas you have are greatly encouraged.

I understand logistics are always tricky. My suggestion would be to have more pre-made ingredients, even if that involves possibly throwing away food (some but not too much of course). Like I said, we went on a very quiet day/hour and I don't remember any deliveries, so maybe more hectic days would involve people giving up. Even so, those on site should always have some level of priority, since they're the ones tipping and doing nothing but waiting on your food, whereas deliveries usually only tip the driver and also allow you to work, watch movies or just run errands. Also, most deliveries cut at the venue's profit margins, up to 30% in some parts of Brazil, for example, not sure if that happens in Hawai'i. So customers on site should get some priority because they can bring more revenue and tips too.

Excellent food truck near Hilton Village - Edit
Food was brilliant (Golden Fish) and its a million times better than anything you'd get in the nearby Hilton Hawaiian Village (which is a plant based desert). There are lots of other food trucks if you're with others who want non-plant based food too.

All the food was delicious here. I particularly loved the teriyaki fries. Our kid who is not vegan said the Spicy Aloha Burger was the best burger ever. I had the grilled chicken wrap and it was fantastic. Highly recommend. We went to pick up. It is a food truck in a food truck court, so there are other non-vegan trucks to try. But honestly, the omni's should just eat here. Parking is not great, and we just had someone jump out to go pick up the order while the driver waited on a side street/drove around.

First stop when we got into town, and the loaded fries were awesome!! Tried two different varieties, and they both had really distinct tastes and were piled high with toppings. The drinks were fresh, and the service was friendly. Got the mozzarella sticks to go, they were fried just right and filled with gooey cheese. Skip the sauce that comes with them though, it tastes more like katsup than marinara.

My order was ready in 10 minutes while they were busy and one man working, so that was impressive.

Everything was so good here! My wife and I got the fish tacos and the gyro on our first visit, and went back two days later to get the pulled pork sandwich and the burger. I don’t know which one was better – they were all so incredibly delicious! Great friendly service too.
