Serves meat, vegan options available. Has an entire plant-based menu section with multiple vegan entree choices clearly labeled. Also lists an Impossible Burger with a brioche bun so would need to inquire about a vegan bun. Open Mon-Tue 11:30am-11:00pm, Wed 11:30am-12:00am, Thu 11:30am-1:00am, Fri 11:30am-2:00am, Sat 11:00am-2:00am, Sun 10:00am-12:00am.

Expensive good food - Edit
Went for an early lunch on a Friday. Service was prompt and attentive, but there was obviously a focus on upselling or adding-on. It wasn't pushy, but it wasn't subtle, either.
Read moreEach section of the menu had plant-based options and they were also summarized on the back page. I tried the buffalo cauliflower (which I usually enjoy and it didn't disappoint here) and, as recommended by one of the other reviews, the tofu tacos. The tacos were delicious, but I was expecting a bit more rice for something labeled "sushi taco." I would have left hungry had my dining companion wanted more cauliflower.
Lunch for two with no alcohol and no dessert was over $100 after tax and tip.
Pros: tasty, dedicated plant-based listing
Cons: cost

Yummy - Edit
The place is upscale (IMHO) and spendy. I got the Vegan Bangkok Bowl

Love this place - Edit
I love the plant based menu. It has enough variety that I feel like I actually have some things to choose from. It’s a great spot when dining with Omni’s.

Get the Tofu Sushi Tacos - Edit
The Tofu Sushi Tacos are one of the best vegan dishes I’ve tried!! Definitely on the pricier side but definitely a great option for Assembly. The Corn and avocado dip was kind of pricey for what you get and my partner liked the Tofu Zen bowl.

Exceptional meal and prompt, friendly service - Edit
Many thanks for the Happy Cow recommendation. I traveled to the area for business and was looking for healthy vegetarian meals, and Earl's Vegan Mother Earth Bowl did not disappoint. I opted for the crispy tofu as an add-on and my meal was exceptional. Delicious, fresh food, and every bite tasted just a little different than the one before. Highly recommended.

Decent sushi, but not for the price point. - Edit
(Of note, this is subject to change as I’ve only tasted their sushi).
Read moreUpon entry, Earl’s impresses. My friend and I got a seat by the floor to ceiling windows and we were seated between rows of plants backing the booths. It is spacious and well lit, this will presumably be a mainstay at Assembly.
I looked at the menu online and would like to shout out to whoever designed the website; filtering by vegan options is a major blessing. Doing so returned 8 items ranging from bibimbap to burgers.
We both ordered the green dragon roll. The roll was artfully presented, but was ultimately not worth the $14 price point. It is advertised as being served with sriracha, which mine was not. The addition of breadcrumbs to mimic roe was interesting, albeit unnecessary. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to pay under $10 for this, but at just $1.75 more, I could have gotten an impossible burger with fries.
Also, the gin and tonic was all tonic.
I am hesitant to write Earl’s off completely, as it is one of the very few vegan places near my Medford office. However, if you are in the mood for sushi and can afford the travel time, Koto in Salem or Typhoon in Back Bay have far better sushi options.
Pros: Wide range of vegan options, Floor to ceiling windows (I’m a fan)
Cons: Way too expensive for what you’re getting

Good restaurant - Edit
This is one of my go to restaurants when eating out with my family members that don’t want vegan food. There aren’t a ton of vegan option but there is a section of the menu dedicated to vegan options. I think I have tried all most all of the options by now and they are all pretty good. My favorites are the noodles and the bowls. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to a friend. Also they have the Impossible Burger if you’re interested in that.

An omnivore restaurant that does vegan well - Edit
It’s always great when a vegan can visit an omni establishment and have several options to choose from. The tofu tacos were delish, with perfectly crisped tofu. It’s small serving, but perfect as a shared app. The quinoa avocado bowl was bursting with flavor, and the vegan Kung pao was really good as well. Earl’s did not disappoint!
