This place offers great options for vegans. Although the menu officially includes only two vegan burgers, customers have the opportunity to create their own sandwich thanks to the availability of delicious chickpea and wheat-based patties and plant-based mozzarella.

Perfect place for a non vegan town 👌🏻 - Edit
There is no 100% vegan restaurant in Tivoli, but this town is a must go for an Italian trip so the greatest place we’ve found there was E street.
Read moreIt’s a “Bruce Springsteen”-themed restaurant so not really Italian 🤣 but the burger were made with Pinsa bread so we can say Italian burger or fusion food italo-American 😁
They have 2 vegan burgers (paradise and ghost), clearly labeled 💚
They accept dogs 🫶🏻 the team was amazingly kind to them even after our Dog was a demon with them 👹😅
They speak English and know what vegan means, which are two things uncommon in Italy!
