Perfect place for a non vegan town 👌🏻

There is no 100% vegan restaurant in Tivoli, but this town is a must go for an Italian trip so the greatest place we’ve found there was E street.
It’s a “Bruce Springsteen”-themed restaurant so not really Italian 🤣 but the burger were made with Pinsa bread so we can say Italian burger or fusion food italo-American 😁
They have 2 vegan burgers (paradise and ghost), clearly labeled 💚
They accept dogs 🫶🏻 the team was amazingly kind to them even after our Dog was a demon with them 👹😅
They speak English and know what vegan means, which are two things uncommon in Italy!
