Delicious but not fully vegan - Edit
Honestly the best grab and go plant based food in town. The katalina wrap and the pesto farro are simply delicious. Great vibe for a casual business meeting or meeting a friend for breakfast/lunch. Everything is very fresh & healthy.

The food here is so healthy and delicious. This location really well stocked and has a ton of salads, wraps, and bowls to pick from.

The avocado toast was phenomenal, the bread was fresh and the sprouts and cashews added a nice crunch. I tried the house-made vegan milk blend in my latte which was delicious. I liked the atmosphere of the shop too.

Quick and healthy food, friendly staff - Edit
E+Rose is the place I go when I want to be healthy but still feel a little indulgent. Everything is fresh and naturally vegan, as in, no fake meats or attempting to replicate omnivore meals. Just vegetables served up in quick, light, tasty salads, wraps, bowls and smoothies. Prices are reasonable given the quality and freshness. And the staff at the Wedgewood Houston location are super sweet!
