Great place to shop and eat - Edit
The grocery store has a very good selection for vegans. The hot bar usually has enough items to make a vegan meal, and there are also many vegan sandwiches you can buy at the counter.
They sometimes have vegan biscuits and gravy for brunch and they are delicious!!!!

Vegan deli sandwiches - Edit
Got the house-made, vegan turkey sandwich and the un-chicken salad sandwich. Both were delicious.

Vegan Hot Bar - Edit
Every Monday from 4-8pm, the Co-op hot bar is 100% vegan. Other days there are vegan options amongst non-vegan. The store is on the small side but it has all the essentials and a decent selection of vegan groceries, as well as organic produce, including many locally grown options. They also sell ice cream from The Parlour in half-pint containers, including their vegan chocolate ice cream.

Best prices for organic produce, very wide range, friendly service, nice cafe to relax in inside or out.
