Delicious vegan options!

They had lentil and potato/leek soup when we visited, both vegan, and both absolutely delicious! They also had a vegan pastry.

Pros: Clearly marked vegan options

Not vegan friendly

They have taxidermy from "trophie" animals and falcony wild birds tethered in the garden. Didn't pay to go in and decided to enjoy from afar. Would recommend other settings rather than pay money towards this space, personally.

Need to pay castle entrance ticket to get to tea room

Would be nice to use the tea room without an entrance fee.

Pros: Nice Frontage to view from Car Park

Tearoom only after £15 castle ticket.

You can only enter the tearoom after purchasing a £15 ticket for the castle.
A little bit dissapointing.

Lovely coffee and cake

I had an oat milk latte and vegan carrot and pistachio cake which was delicious. There were a few vegan cake options and other milk alternatives available. There was also vegan leak and potato soup available.

Pros: Tasty cake, Multiple vegan options , Alternative milks

Cons: Limited vegan lunch options
