Greasy? Not flavorful? Overstuffed?

Not tasty at all. Incredibly greasy/oily. Dumplings are huge cuts of veggies, not minced? Like an entire mushroom in your dumpling? Ok for folks who have no idea what a dumpling is I guess.? No seasoning? Flavor?

Veggie dishes are oil with a splash of vegetables. I really want to give this place a second chance and will update.

The Baos

The baos are amazing. I had the tofu one and it was absolutely delicious. I also got the tofu rice bowl which was good as well. Definitely want to make it back and try some other items on the menu. They have another bao which is a potato curry one that sounds interesting.

Incredible

Very tiny hole in the wall kind of place. We had the tofu bao buns and the tofu rice bowl. They were both incredibly full of flavor! I can't wait to go back.

Pros: Food was wonderful., Service was good., Place felt clean.

Cons: Very tiny place.

Pleasantly surprised by the Bao

During this pandemic lockdown, I’ve been trying to support my favorite restaurants and try some new ones. I happened to be in West Seattle and Happy Cow led me to this small place with some outdoor seating. Very friendly server. The fresh Bao with crispy tofu on soft bun was very tasty with lots of flavor, a special sauce and just the right balance of savory with a touch of sweetness. Loaded with peanuts too. I will be back to try all the other vegan items!

Pros: Very tasty, well balanced flavors and textures., Friendly staff and priced well for Seattle

Cons: None detected upon first visit

Dumplings and Bao!

Dumplings of Fury is a great hidden gem in West Seattle. They have a mushroom dumpling and tofu bao. Both are amazing! Our favorite is the bao that has a lot of flavor and different textures.
Very small restaurant with just stool seating at the window or a few tables outside. A great option to grab on the go!
We were told the tofu Szechuan noddles are not vegan. But they also have a vegan tofu rice bowl.

Excellent vegan bao!

Excellent bao, really tasty dumplings! Good spot to take omnivores as well, the vegan options stand well on their own, and the owner is friendly and helpful with clarifications about the food.

Dumplings and Baos are delicious

Small place with a few vegan options. Not many places in Seattle have these vegan options so hits the spot if you're craving baos and dumplings.

Pros: Flavor

Cons: Small

Great food

Dropped in on a rainy afternoon to a warm welcome and great food. Had tofu bao and mushroom dumplings. Didn't need both but wanted them! Bao was so peanutty tasty. Both great but the bao my favourite! See website for menu. Has rice bowls and soup. Owner really friendly. Highly recommended
