Pretty good (not too crazy about it as a CBC)

Everything is pretty good. But as a Chinese born Chinese, I must say they can definitely improve their cooking skills by a bit.

Especially the Suoyi cucumber, I feel like I can cook better than them and I’m not even a great cook.

Variety of vegan options!

We were so excited to try Dumpling the Noodle! About half the menu is vegan and everything we had was delicious! Our favorites were the buns, wontons, and lamen noodles - although everything was great! We went on a busy Friday evening and service was quick and friendly. We are really looking forward to coming back!

Pros: Extensive vegan options on the menu , Delicious food!, Quick and friendly service

Great wontons & noodles

Finally got the chance to come here after finding out about it not too long ago. I had the vegan wontons with spicy sauce, Jajang tofu pancake roll, chili the garlic tofu lamen, and the bok Choy mushroom dumpling.

Everything was good with the small exception of the bok choy mushroom dumpling. It had a funny taste to it that resembled wasabi. I don’t know if it was the grease it was cooked in or if it has wasabi in it (doesn’t say on the menu), but I wasn’t really feeling it.

My favorites were the wontons and the garlic tofu lamen. They both tasted great and I almost ordered another thing of wontons. I will definitely be back and give their buns a try and more wontons, of course.

Delicious spicy wontons

Vegan options are clearly marked and the food was great. We especially liked the vegan spicy wontons—so much that we ordered another round. We also tried the sesame kale, bok choy mushroom dumplings and vegan pancake roll. We’ll definitely be back for more.

Pros: Many vegan options, Clearly marked as vegan

1/2 vegan menu

Felt like half the menu was vegan with great options. Everything from the buns to wontons to dumplings to bread was incredible. I would skip the soup next time.

Delicious Dumplings!

Very authentic and delicious! Loved the Shiitake buns and green onion pancake! Would absolutely come back to try some of their other vegan offerings. They have quite a few vegan options and they are clearly labelled on the menu.
Make sure to grab some of their vinegar and chili oil condiments-- YUM!!
good prices too!
Edit: now I've tried more dishes from here! Everything is amazing but I was blown away by their Chilli The Garlic Tofu Lamen. Omg the flavors were outstanding! I haven't ever had a dish quite like that. Their vegan dumplings and Jajang were also fabulous. I've loved everything I've had here. Fantastic take away spot!!

Comfort Food

My go-to for Chinese takeout. Vegan options clearly marked. Delicious food and amazing customer service. They offer free local delivery. You can order frozen/cook at home dumplings too!

Pros: Decent portion sizes and reasonably priced.

Cons: Food comes in plastic containers.

Vegan dumplings!

Of all the dumpling places opening in Seattle, there aren’t many with a vegan option. Excited to have this option! The veggie/garlic noodle soups are not vegan, but the server said they plan to make a mushroom broth in the future, so check back. My partner got the Veggie noodles in chili sauce and added tofu. I recommend doing that so you get more vegetables. I ordered the garlic tofu noodles and wished it had more veggies. I forgot to ask if the onion pancakes are vegan! I will update this review once I go back and find out.

Pros: Good value
