Good scallion pancakes but lacking options - Edit
Haven’t been here for a couple of months, so things may have changed (but it has been this way for several years so I’m guessing change is slow here). The only vegan options were the curry rice noodles (which is dry curry w veggies (not soupy), and the scallion pancakes. Otherwise any ramen dish is made with egg noodles, most of their sauces have fish sauce. They honestly have all the ingredients they need to make delicious general Taos tofu or coconut curry soups or even vegan veggie and rice dishes, but they just don’t. I have asked numerous times but their vegan options are lacking. I think with time, if enough people ask, they may just add some items to their menu. (Hopefully)

Has no vegan options I don’t know why anyone wrote on here that it does, I asked them and they said everything has dairy even the dumplings and they seemed really mad at me about it
