great pan seared veggie dumplings! the vegetable spring rolls, and steamed vegetable buns were also delish! the vegetarian organic tofu roll up (without mayo) was unbelievable.

Lots of vegan options - Edit
This restaurant has lots of dishes that can be made vegan which I really appreciated. I especially liked the vegetable wrap, which is tofu and veggies in a scallion pancake. For that, you have to specify vegan and no mayo to be sure it is all vegan. They can replace it with plum sauce. I also enjoyed the vegetable buns and glass noodles (in which they can replace the beef with tofu). The food can be spicy but you can ask to adjust the spice level.
