Tasty Pastry - Edit
A lovely little shop where staff are friendly and helpful. A varying range of artisan breads are on offer, which are vegan as standard apart from those that obviously contain cheese. The handmade vegan chocolates (including pralines, raspberry truffles and chocolate coated orange & lemon) are devine, as was the impressive vegan chocolate & raspberry bouche produced specially for the christmas season - so yummy! And the chef has perfected the pastry used for the vegan croissants and pain au chocolats, which make a delicious breakfast treat.
Read moreWhile this isn't a vegan bakery so there are animal products in use, the business is clearly making a real effort to cater to vegan requirements, and they seem keen to expand their vegan offerings in future too. Really encouraging, and great for vegans on the east side of Leeds.
