Great vegan food! Must visit! - Edit
We really enjoyed all we ate at Duli. They even helped us customise a few dishes to gluten and alliums free dietary requirements. The manager was extra helpful and even escorted us to the taxi back to the hotel!

Delicious food, lovely ambience and good wine. What else could one ask for? It is on the pricier side, but totally worth it. Highly recommend!

I had the pizza along with some desserts—tiramisu and the chocolate cake with matcha—and everything was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is warm and cozy 💕

Creative and unique dishes! - Edit
The salad and cauliflower bites as well as the snack chickpeas were phenomenal! The seaweed pesto pasta was a bit strange but I’d say it’s personal taste and we simply werent used to the fishy flavour. The hot chocolate was amazing too. Quite pricey but worth it😄

One of the places I scouted out before coming to Shanghai as a place I wanted to go to, but it took me a while since it wasn't super close to where I'm staying.
Read moreVisited on a warm day and I wanted to have a cold dish but the Lime-Almond Risotto sounded too good to miss so I went for it. It was great, but it was a bit too heavy for what I needed. I hope I'll be a blt to make it back during my stay here.
Went there at three in the afternoon on a Saturday, lots of empty table and I got 'told' that the Risotto would take 15 min. Great service, and ordering in English was not an issue
They probably bave very good coffe but right next doors was a place with great coffee, Mobys. Worth checking out as well. (There's an 8pints and a Goose Island close by for more beer)

Yummy. Will be coming back - Edit
Cozy little place. Due to limited seating, better to make a reservation. Nice menu. Had the mapu tofu humus and really liked it!! For me the portion was ok, but for a bigger eater, it might be too small. Had a taste of their homemade granola, and also excellent. Already deciding what to take next visit 😋

Small place, Big Appetite for Taste - Edit
This was the smallest place in terms of size we went to, but they excelled exceptionally in every department. The quality, speed, taste, especially service, ambience and the range of offers on menu, was all bang on. No faults.

Classy - Edit
A late evening supper we had the amazing baos & the most incredible gnocchi followed by the pancakes, the food here is really incredible.
Read moreI've been here a few times now & at first there were a few teething problems like being out of an option even though it was lunch time and their menu is pretty small, or the time we reserved a table and arrived to find they hadn't checked their bookings so had given away the table for four to walk ins, they sorted it. Moving on to the restaurant itself, the place is tastefully decorated but it is not a large place so booking is recommended. As I said the menu is simple, they've not over extended themselves. Everything we had was delicious especially the buns, they've also added a gnocchi dish now. The cakes were a little too fancy for me but that's just my particular taste. The price is high but the quality is good.

This is the kind of place that could only exist in Shanghai. Each dish is inspired by perfect 50/50 balance of Chinese and western influences. Unbelievable that it’s vegan and so trendy! Notable dishes include mapo tofu hummus and dandan gnocchi.

Extremely good. A perfect combination of flavours and great espresso as well. The bao were so good. They were packed when I arrived, but happily found me a spot. I'm glad I didn't miss it.

Innovative and delicious fusion food in Shanghai’s French Concession - Edit
Amazingly yummy food. Restaurant opened in 2020. It’s small but chic and comfortable. The menu is extremely creative. This is the kind of vegan restaurant that could only exist in Shanghai. I ordered mapo tofu hummus, gnocchi with dandan sauce, and Duli Breeze. The mapo tofu hummus tastes just like the best mapo tofu you could find in Chengdu. Combining it with hummus, pine nuts, cherry tomatoes, and sautéed greens is genius. It was served with warm bread. The gnocchis are made in house and pan-fried to give them a nice crispy exterior, a nice touch that would be good for any gnocchi dish. The dandan peanut sauce was nice and light. This dish could have had more veggies in it. The Duli Breeze is their signature mock tail. It combines freshly made kombucha with pineapple juice and coconut cream. I can’t wait to come back and try more!
