Affordable Fresh Pasta?! - Edit
I had low expectations bc it’s a wannabe big chain + it’s cheap, but damn, it’s legit good. The pasta is made in-house + has tooth. The crispy tofu was perfectly breaded + fried + only needed a single shake of salt. I recommend the alla caponata + the eggplant salad, but the pomodoro was a bit boring, lacking the saltiness of the omitted ricotta. I prefer to give my $$ to smaller biz, but it was fun to check this place out (twice in one weekend).
