Surprising Find in Newbury

Geauga County as a whole has limited vegan options, and within Newbury itself there are even less options. A non-vegan friend suggested we meet here, and admittedly I was skeptical.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Maple G Bowl that included:
Quinoa wild rice blend, baby spinach and spring mix blend, maple glazed sweet potatoes, marinated garbanzo beans, dried cherries and maple Dijon balsamic dressing.
Avocado was available as an add-on and I got that as well.
Nextt time I will try the vegan dessert bars.
Service was excellent, thoughtful, and appropriately available.

Pros: Fresh food, Spacious setting, Excellent service

Cons: Limited vegan options
