Ovo-lacto vegetarians will find plenty of items, but vegans shoudl specify as kitchen could make something to-order. Uses local farm produce. Keeps on hand soy and almond milk for coffee drinks. Open Mon-Sun 6:30am-4:00pm.

okay food, long wait - Edit
We went for Sunday brunch and we were told they would take 20 mins for the food. Ended up waiting 40 mins.
The food was okay, they do have tempeh to substitute for any meat but the portions are small for the price.

A great option for vegans and vegetarians! - Edit
Drip is a breakfast and lunch cafe focused on creating great, original dishes made with locally sourced, sustainable ingredients. In addition, the cafe boasts an extensive coffee bar, and was named Best of Delaware 2014 in the coffee category.
More than half of the restaurant's menu is either vegetarian/vegan as written, or can easily be prepared vegetarian/vegan by the kitchen upon request. Also, a weekly Features menu is released each week that contains at least one option that is usually vegan (but at least vegetarian).
They have recently been expanding their vegan offerings, so make sure to check it out! The more local businesses receive good feedback on their efforts, the more options they'll offer!
Pros: great food, unique dishes, friendly staff
Cons: busy on weekends, a little hard to find
