Fairly Good - Edit
There is only one vegan option which can be made into a sandwich or wrap. Service is quite slow but the sandwich is pretty good. The sauce and pickles tie the flavors together. Don’t love the side of pretzels.

Solid option in the UP - Edit
We were able to confidently order the sandwich and bowl (with modification. In hindsight I would ask that they sub gauc). The cauliflower wings are marked vegetarian on the menu. We inquired if they might actually be vegan, but they were not sure. We opted not to try them just in case. It’s still a solid option when in the area.

Pros: Labeled vegan sandwich , Solid option for the area
Cons: Vegetarian items could easily be vegan

Sandwiches for vegan and gluten free - Edit
Did not eat here, but stopped in after seeing “vegan” and “gluten free” on window. They have a dedicated vegan sandwich option that looks good, as well as a gluten free bread and wrap option that you can sub if you’re GF like me. There were 2 other sandwiches that could be made vegan. They also have cauliflower wings. Sandwich looked good, and I’ll have to get it next time I’m in town. I wanted to write a review in case other GF vegans are out there; you know how difficult it is to find a sandwich!

Decent option, better beer - Edit
It’s connected to a great craft brewery, though you have to walk over to order. The menu is small in general, but has cauliflower wings (they were unfortunately out when I visited), and a beyond burger and veggie rice bowl that can be made vegan without the cheese/sauce. Neither were great, but it was pretty much the only option in January.

Great food happy to see they had options! - Edit
We were passing through Munising on our way to a kayak tour in the area. We stopped at ByGeorge or a quick drink hoping they might have something vegan (even just fries or a snack). We were pleasantly surprised to see they had a vegan chicken salad sandwich listed on their menu, and although they were out of it when we arrived, the staff was happy to make their portobello mushroom panini vegan by removing the cheese and aioli and adding sauerkraut and vegan mayo. The sandwich was delicious!
