Best place to eat in ST - Edit
Unbelievable place to eat, everything is made in the kitchen here. Vegan Mayo’s, Soy Burgers etc - had the coconut noodle soup (10/10) Poke bowl and a burger during our stay - initially started as a vegan spot but had to adapt to survive. Owner is vegan.
Read moreThe meat products she does offer are line caught and blessed by the fishermen, her meats are grass pasture not just organic

Fantastic Vegan Options! - Edit
Pleasantly surprised with this restaurant! They have a really good amount of vegan options on offer that cater for a lot of different paletes. From Patacones to Gyozas to Samosa for Starters; Burgers, Pasta, Curry, Soup and Salad for Mains, and some nice Dessert options available from a counter in the Art Gallery area as well.
Read moreThey have a 2 for 1 happy hour on selected drinks, this time it was a refreshing Watermelon Mojito which had fresh watermelon and was really nice.
For food we opted for the Patacones for Starter which were incredible, the fried plantain was really well cooked. For main we had the Drift Burger which had a homemade BBQ Soy patty which had a great flavour and texture, accompanied with a vegan mayo! For Dessert we couldn't resist but order 3 from the counter to take away and enjoy later, which were a Passion Fruit Cheesecake (ABSOLUTELY DEVINE!), a Peanut Butter Cup, and a Peanut Butter Cookie Sandwich, both really good peanutty goodness!
Highly recommend visiting this place while in Santa Teresa, friendly staff that spoke good English and the Art Gallery was nice to walk around after the meal.
Pros: Wide selection of Vegan Options, Homemade BBQ Soy Patty (Drift Burger), Devine Passion Fruit Cheesecake

Expensive restaurant and prices don’t include taxes - Edit
The food is good, the service is average. It was hard to get the waiters attention. If you are in a budget this is not the place to go. The menu changed and the main dishes are $18-22 to that you need to add 23% tax. We had one curry soup for adding three thin tofu slices they charged additional $4 and samosas. That was $33 not really worth it. I would not come back.

Amazing- must visit - Edit
After our first meal here we were hooked! We ate here 3-4 times during our short stay in the area. The vegan options were absolutely amazing. Everything I tried was so fresh and flavorful. With the weather being so warm I was nervous to try warm dishes but Drift has mastered making every dish refreshing. The dessert options felt endless and each one was delicious. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone, but especially vegans! The chill ambiance and friendly staff just add to the remarkable experience.

Great service awesome flavours - Edit
We had vegan breakfast burrito and power breakfast - they ask "would you like to make it vegan?" Which is nice as most places in the area don't seem to know what Vegan means.

Easy to find, on site parking, lots of vegan desert options.

Some of the best Vegan food I've ever had - Edit
The absolute best vegan food! Our group of 3 did breakfast and dinner here multiple times. We loved everything we ate … highlights are the breakfast burrito vegan, avocado toast 3 ways, mushroom pesto lasagna, the Drift burger, the Indian food etc etc. On top of delicious food, they have a pastry case with many vegan desserts! Highlights were the millionaire bar and the peanut butter cup. Yum yum yum. The atmosphere is great, prices seemed fair, servers were attentive, and the portion size was great! What’s not to love?!?

Quite good - Edit
We enjoyed our meal here although somehow the experience left us slightly uninspired for some reason. We had the coconut curry, a cauliflower steak plate and sushi roll. All very good. It’s worth a visit although there are places I rank higher in the area.

A dia 28 Julio de 2021 : como cargarse un negocio de comida poco a poco, ha perdido todo lo bueno que tenia.
Raciones ridículas y baja calidad comparado con el año pasado. Será que no hay turismo y no facturan.

Creative, flavorful dishes from around the world including tasty sandwiches, Indian curry, veggie filled salads, juices, excellent cocktails and desserts. Plant-based fair great for vegans but will please meat-eaters as well. Had the Asian salad, gyoza, bbq burger, jalapeño cocktail, yucca fries, and cake which were all delicious. Cons: on the pricey side for the area

Vegan home away from home - Edit
When in Santa Teresa, don’t forget to stop by this vegan dream come true. It doesn’t matter what you’re in for, drift bar distinguished itself by its outstanding variety. The menu is a decadent journey through the ethnic flavors of the world with some soft rock tunes in the background. All with the highest quality ingredient and a more than reasonable price. Don’t forget to try their delicious cocktails either. You are sure to find a new favorite! And then of course this place wouldn’t be the same without Oscar. The tireless manager who always makes some time to give you personalized service. He always knows what’s going on in town, and never loses his smile. Weendher and Kendall will be there to tend to every single one of your needs. If you’re looking for a great meal out or even a second home, this is your next stop.

What a cool place to chill, first off. The wait staff was super great. The kitchen is so solid. My curry was seasoned very pleasantly - that and the rice and accompanying vegan yogurt were delicious. The hot dishes came out piping hot. I’d love to try all of their many vegan options. So good.

Tienes que ir!!! - Edit
