Vegan options in a remote location - Edit
A remote rifugio hut along the hiking route for Tre Cime di Lavaredo. The waiter was very helpful and indicated that a number of menu items were vegan, notably the Tomato Spaghetti and Mushrooms with Polenta, there were also side dishes on offer such as Fries, Potato Wedges and Salad to note a few.
