Oasis in a Nonvegan Land

I came for my grandchild's graduation and didn't expect much. I was surprised at the number of vegan options in the Chinese fusion menu. Enjoyed steamed vegetable dinner, which was tasty with fried rice.

Pros: Chinese fusion menu, Staff asks questions while taking order and desire, Relief for vegans in a nonvegan land

Cons: Mexican fusion offers vegetarian, not vegan , No brown rice or gluten-free options
