my partner and I loved the hot pot. we put a variety of mushrooms, broccoli, tiny corn, big corn, noodles, rice cakes, bok choy and prolly more I forgot. it was very yum. very unfortunate that they serve dead body parts but at the very least they were separated from the veggies and mushrooms.

Vegan options clearly labelled - Edit
Rather than order a particular dish, you grab a big metal bowl and pick out what you want eg tofu, spinach, cabbage, etc. Whatever is vegan is clearly labelled "V". You go to the counter with your bowl and then ask them to put in the soup. There is a vegan soup option. Then you select how spicy you want it.
