Okay, good option overall - Edit
The dragon hot pot chain have a pick your own kind of hotpot.
Read moreThey have a lot of mushroom, veg and tofu available.
If their stir fry is available then I always get that. The Chinese donut are also delicious. I also like oyster mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms, and black fungus as well as tofu puffs, and shredded tofu.
Cons: Lots of meat right next to all the options
