Good if with non veggie friends. - Edit

Both noodles and rice are vegan, tofu and/or veg are ur only options, but there is a good selection of sauces. The staff will tell you exactly what's what. The noodles I got were really good and the large filled me up. Good option if you are in need of something fast and easy.

Tasty vegan-friendly bowls - Edit

We drove to Dr Noodles due to the lack of vegan options in the area when we visited Glamis Castle. We were looking for good, filling, inexpensive vegan food and most certainly found it.
This is not a vegan place, but if you're vegan or vegetarian it's not hard to eat here. The menu is simple and straightforward. You pick either white rice or wheat noodles (small or medium), a protein, aka tofu, and a sauce. Most of their sauces are vegan, and their teriyaki sauce is very good. Your meal is then a stit fry type dish of rice/noodles mixed with veggies (sweet onion, red and green pepper, broccoli, and snowpeas) and the tofu. You have the option of requesting extra veggies for a few more broccoli and snowpeas.
The food is tasty, but basic. The tofu they have is very strange. Hard and chewy on the outside and spongy and watery on the inside. Possibly it was fried. However, it's cheap food that you can easily take on the go or eat in their nicely decorated table area.

Pros: cheap, quick, simple

Cons: limited options, nasty tofu

Tofu noodles - Edit

Love this place! The vegan option is tofu or extra veg with your noodle/ rice bowl! Plus loads of different sauces, and I only think the drizzling of honey is the only sauce which isn't suitable for vegans. Although I would double check first :)

Pros: Chilli coconut sauce is delicious , Very good value for money
