Nice alpine hut, some vegan options - Edit
They have some vegan options. Usually the soup of the day is vegan and the red beet dumplings are vegan as well. Ask them to leave out any non-vegan ingredients in the salad in case you order them with salad. Depending on the day, they may also have some vegan desert. The staff is very friendly, so just ask them about any other vegan options.

Good vegan options for a mountain hut - Edit
The menu offered a zucchini soup and beetroot kinda "dumplings" as vegan options. Both but especially the dumplings were delicious. The tables and benches on the terrace were comfortable and had a cute design. The scenery was stunning and the hosts nice, so def recommended.
