Downtown Grocery, 168 Wausau Center Mall, Wausau, WI 54403.
Say it ain't so! An organic salad/soup/entree/olive bar in an indoor, central Wisconsin mall food court.
Mostly vegetarian but they do offer flesh next to gorgeous veggies.
We had a satisfying lunch and were pleased with quality.
Grocery store has organic produce, dry goods. Sells flesh.
Pros: Organic foods, Excellent vegetarian soups, Appropriately priced
Cons: Vegetarian friendly food bar, Flesh served in salad bar, Replenished upon request
