The owner operates two restaurants here on the main walking strip: one is vegetarian. Large lunch and dinner menu with Thai dishes as well western style fries and wraps, pasta, shakes, and smoothies. Despite the name, this establishment is vegetarian. Open Mon-Sun 11:00am-11:00pm.

They use MSG, we ordered 6 dishes and only 1 was ok. Yaks - Edit
We were attracted by high rating on Happy Cow. Turn out to be mediocre and not healthy. Poorly cooked. Strange experience. No tips left for this place.
Read moreSeems like all reviews were ordered through online marketing company or something, looks fake to me. It does not match, reviews and food is a world apart. Lol. Better choose many other nice places around with a view etc.
Pros: Overrated , Big selection but nothing healthy to choose , May be on Sundays they have inexperienced chief
Cons: Felafel had 80% white flour and some felafel , They don’t know how to cook western dishes, Thai dishes have MSG and oil

Great food, convenient location - Edit
So nice to have a great veg restaurant in the main part of the island. The staff was very friendly & made my friend a mango daiquiri at her request (not on the menu). Funny that anything could not be on the menu at this place because the menu is huge!! The prices are low enough to try several things. There is something for everyone here and everything we tried was delicious. The decor is also super cute and they have connect four to play while you eat. Would recommend the red curry with “chicken” and Tom Kha soup. Also the lemongrass water was super refreshing.

Awesome Vegan Food! - Edit
I was pleasantly surprised to find a vegan/Vegetarian restaurant in Phi Phi. They understand what “vegan” is so you don’t have to explain it to them. Menu is really big with lots of options (Thai, Indian, Western). I’m in Phi Phi for two days and plan to eat here again tomorrow too.

WOW - Edit
We have never been to such a good vegeterian/vegan restaurant before. Everything was perfect. Nice service, fresh and healthy options, also a big variety of great fake meat. We have been there every possible day of our trip (sadly, they had vacation for four days) and would do it that way again. Hands down the best restaurant on the whole island.

The best place for vegans on Phi Phi. I tried a few more and nothing beats Dow. Great service with a smile and a menu so big you never want to leave Phi Phi so you can eat everything on it. I was there twice a day every day and it's one of the reasons i will go back to phi phi

endless options! - Edit
the menu is a novel, with all types of foods. mostly thai and american style. they’re got a bunch of faux meats to choose from - all vegan. i’ve been here 3 times! the falafel burger was a bit of a disappointment, pretty small patty and nothing too flavourful. but everything else i’ve gotten was great!

Best Place in Phi Phi for Vegans! - Edit
Lovely place! Friendly staff, books everywhere, Connect Four to play as you wait and a HUGE menu! Pretty much everything is vegan except a couple of egg/cheese dishes. We ate here four times on our trip as there was just so much to choose from! The mock meats they do are great and if you ask they even have vegan mayo for sandwich/burger/chip options. Highly recommend the masaman curry with fake chicken and all the deep fried stuff as a side... the crispy wontons was great! Very reasonable prices too!

You'll Leave Satisfied! - Edit
They had a book for a menu it seemed! It was hard to choose something because we were in a hurry. Staff were nice in getting our order to us quickly since we had to catch a boat and unfortunately we didn't get a picture of our food. However, I assure you it is wonderful! We loved the walls lined with books and games to play as you waited for your food.

‘Yes this is vegan’ - Edit
A beautiful little place with books lining the walls. Dow Vegetarian was very accomodating with a huge menu and very knowledgeable staff. Traditionally non vegan items like mayonnaise are vegan, just ask the staff and they are able to let you know what ingredients are used. Board games are provided while you wait for your meals.

An oasis in a storm - Edit
Phi phi is full of meaty establishments. This place is amazing - an enormous menu that is probably 95% vegan and with lovely serving staff. I was in on a night where they were getting hassled by the rudest possible people I've ever encountered in my life and they took it well. Go here - it's the only proper choice in Phi Phi for ethic eaters.

Tasty, Reasonable and Wide Variety - Edit
We ate 4-5 times at Dow during the 4 day visit to Phi Phi. Great variety, although a Thai food tasted better than the Western pizzas and lasagne. Green curry was our top favourite, with fried rice on the side and mango juice.

Ate here 3 times in 24 hours! - Edit
I ate here 3 times in 24 hours! The menu is like a book! So much to choose from! Everything is vegan except the obvious, such as cheese pizza/lasagna! But you can always ask for no cheese! The curry was mighty tasty, as was the falafel burger! Great prices for the portions! By far my favorite vegan restaurant yet!
