Nice place - limited options - Edit
Good that they have some vegan labelled options, but not too many. The Gado Gado bowl was nice. All the smoothies have milk or yogurt in which is totally unnecessary- that is common in Hiri though.

Coffee amazing, food hit and miss - Edit
The coffee with oat milk here is fab and just what we needed 🌟
Read moreWe had some chips which were decent and ordered gado gado but beware, it’s marked as vegan but came with eggs, so we had to end it back 😞

Delicious and Different - Edit
Good range of vegan dishes and options that can be made vegan. Traditional Sri Lankan dishes with a twist. Selection of mains but also smaller tapas style dishes for sharing. Absolutely loved the pumpkin curry and the fresh pickles. Lovely space with plenty of seating and an upstairs area which gets the sea breeze. Would throughly recommend.

Great coffee and vegan options - Edit
Some of best coffee I’ve had in Sri Lanka. They have soy milk which is wonderful.
Read moreHad the “Shala”, basically an English breakfast platter with a potato turmeric croquette, vegan sausage from seitan, mushrooms, scrambled tofu, and sautéed greens on gluten free bread. Everything was seasoned to perfection. Would have loved to try their other items as well! They had kombucha brewed in Sri Lanka—heavenly!
They also had many clearly marked gluten free options on the menu.
