It’s basically a Chipotle-style burrito joint. Pretty decent option for airport food with good vegan protein option.

I figure this is the best option in terminal B. I got a black bean and rice bowl with guac and it came out to about $15. The hot sauce is nice! They don’t appear to have impossible meat anymore though —some previous reviews mention it but not having it helps keep the cost down.

Served Chipotle style. I had a burrito with Impossible ground beef which was seasoned nicely. You pick the fillings. Service was friendly and pricing good for an airport.

I got nachos with Impossible beef. The beans are marked vegan, which I appreciated. It’s a pretty good option for being in an airport.

I got the impossible bowl with guacamole and a lot of veggies. The size was decent, but it was pricey. LGA isn’t known for having a ton of vegan options, so I’ll take it.

I ordered the impossible salad. I was hesitant because this feels like a lower version of Chipotle and it kind of is. Instead of corn salsa it was plain corn. The “salad” was just romaine. The impossible wasn’t super flavorful. For the cost, it should’ve been a lot better. I skipped the guac (a scoop for $2? I better get a whole avocado!) and dressing since i wasn’t sure if it was vegan.

I'd have loved my rice and bean bowl, even in a non-airport context! My husband also loved his Impossible beef bowl. Helpfully the black and pinto beans are both labeled as vegan. #Veganuary

Really Good Impossible Burrito - Edit
I had the burrito with impossible meat, rice, beans and veggies. Guacamole is an additional charge. Only downside was/is the price. One burrito with no sides or drinks cost me nearly $19.
