Best vegan breakfast burrito

I love that they had a couple vegan options for breakfast. The salsa was really juicy so the tortilla fell apart.

Pros: Delicious and flavorful tofu

Great place for vegan options

Pleasantly surprised by this. We got two burritos and both were really good! It didn’t appear the tofu would be flavorful, but with the sauces, surprisingly tasty. Make sure to tell them you want it vegan.

Good vegan options

They have many customizable items on the menu. Their tofu-though it looks bland-is SO flavourful! I love it! Can get breakfast burritos just omit cheese and replace egg with tofu. You won't be disappointed!

great variety, great prices

Great variety, great veggie choices, great prices. can customize most items on the menu. Many local ingredients used. Even though it looks mexican--MANY options--not just mexican. Cafe and coffee shop as well. Smoothies are vegan. Bagels, sandwiches, wraps, salads, bowls. my husband's favorite was the Thai wrap. My daughter got a wrap with mashed potatoes, black beans, salsa--I don't remember the name--amazing! Can add tofu to most items. Highly recommend! Not far from the Rio Grande Trail--great place for a break.

Pros: great food, great prices, friendly staff

Cons: limited seating, outside atmosphere is lacking--busy road
